COS# 7 Describe the life cycle of plants, including seed, seed germination, growth, and reproduction.
This is our Plant Growth and Development Unit. This unit will last for 9 weeks. During this unit, the students will observe a Brassica Plant as it completes the whole life cycle in 6 weeks. As we investigate, the students will observe the been seed, label and draw the been seed parts, plant the Brassica Seed, observe the distinct stages, determine what the planted needed to grow, pollinate the Brassica plant with a real bee, and graph the stages of growth.
**One seed produces one plant, but one plant can produce many seeds.....
